For tenants, we provide access to online services 24 hours a day including online credit/debit card rent payments and the ability to submit maintenance requests via our tenant portal. We are also personally available when there is a property emergency. We respond to your requests promptly. We strive for convenient and professional service at all times.

Our properties are well-taken care of and available in a wide selection of areas and floor plans. For property owners, we offer a complete range of management services to protect and enhance your investment. We find qualified tenants through advertisements on several websites in addition to our own and then require tenants to participate in a thorough screening process. We have a historical vacancy rate of nearly 0%. Each owner has access to his or her own portal which gives direct access to your property where you can view screenings in process, maintenance requests that are pending and/or completed and have quick access to your owner statements. We will even deposit monthly net proceeds directly into your bank accounts.
